a decent experience overall
warm pastries fresh fruit clean area uncomfortable bed dated room hot water
the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. i found a great variety of options, from warm pastries to fresh fruit. i especially appreciated the attention to detail. the breakfast area was clean and well-organized.
i thought the bed was terribly uncomfortable. i expected a far better room for the cost. the bathroom wasn't very nice and there was no hot water at all to wash my hands.

Solid Stay
central location quiet atmosphere helpful staff
Location proves central, near U-bahn, and noticeably quiet. Nikolaiviertel is at a 5-minute walk, while Museumsinsel is only 10 minutes away. The staff was cute, very kind and helpful. I found it to be a big plus.
The room was very basic, carpet had stains hidden by a bin. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was flaking really badly everywhere. The kettle did not work, but reception replaced it.

Breakfast included fresh options, pastries and local specialties. The area was clean, well-organized and attentive staff kept it well-stocked. It was a good start to the day, providing energy for exploring the area.

The hotel is just a minute from the metro, which makes moving around very easy. Several spots are within walking distance, a plus. The neighbourhood felt safe and accessible for travel throughout the area.

The room had a view of the television tower. It was big, but the bed felt low to the floor. The room was well equipped and tidy upon arrival, a nice detail.

Really good Stay and Great Amenities
central location friendly staff lovely interiors
The hotel has a central location within a quiet area. The staff members are friendly. I found the interior design lovely, and the free sweets in the lobby are a nice bonus. My room was very clean, and I had everything I needed . early check-in and luggage storage were easily arranged.

The reception and bar staff displayed a cute attitude. They provided helpful assistance with all requests. I was offered a bath robe instead of a bath towel and a lovely staff member even brought a second one up to the room. Check out time is at 12:00, much later than other hotels.

The breakfast offers a great selection. It had delicious options available each morning. I enjoyed my final drink each evening in the modern bar, though the prices were a little bit high. Several restaurants are conveniently located around the hotel.

The room was super clean. it had comfortable beds and pillows. And the shower was lovely and powerful, which I appreciated. I was given free goodies in exchange for not having my room made up every day. A professional hairdryer was a great bonus.

The location near the U-Bahn station proved very convenient. I found the room to be quite spacious. The hotel provided free quality toiletries. I thought this was a lovely touch.

convenient transportation friendly staff historic section
The U-bahn station near the hotel entrance proved useful. A bus terminal also sits just across the street, so transportation was convenient. I appreciated the staff's suggestions and patience when answering my questions. I noted the historic section of the hotel featured a beautiful painted ceiling.
The art was underwhelming. The bathroom sink was awkwardly flat, limiting space for washing.
